items for swim meets…
REQUIRED ITEMS

  • Competition/Team Swimsuit - Girls: solid red one-piece swimsuit. Boys: solid black jammers (preferred for speed) or swim trunks. Having a backup swimsuit is a good idea.
Example suits are pictured and linked. These suits are much cheaper on the SwimOutlet website than they are in stores and Amazon. Any brand will work as long as it is solid red for the girls and solid black for the boys.

  • Goggles - make sure they are tightened before the swim meet. Goggles are easily misplaced or broken, it is a good idea to have a backup pair in your bag.

  • Towels - bringing more than one towel is highly suggested…One to sit on and one to dry off with.

  • Water bottle and/or sports drink to stay hydrated
