The swim team requires a two-step registration process.
BOTH ARE REQUIRED FOR PARTICIPATION.

STEP ONE: TeamSnap - https://registration.teamsnap.com/form/20798

Register your child for the Auburn Aquadawgs Swim Team on TeamSnap and please download the TeamSnap app on your device if you haven’t already. Email will be the main point of communication, however, text messaging and TeamSnap Alerts will also be utilized. Please add coach@auburnaquadawgs.com to your contacts so that important emails are not sent to spam.

STEP TWO: ACTIVE.com - The link below in Step 1 will get your child registered for the team and will be used to sign them up for swim meets during the season. You must register for the team before the season starts, please do this after you have joined on TeamSnap.

ACTIVE registration instructions

  1. Go to https://cui.active.com/sports-reg/login?a=ba5735b1-12d4-4674-91b1-65aa96eaf801

  2. Click Register Now

  3. Enter your email address

  4. New Users will need to set up an email and password. Returning Users will need to log in using the same email as in previous years. Reset your password if necessary. It is very important that you use the same email address!!

  5. Enter the info for each child you are registering OR select which child you wish to register if you are a returning user and check the box stating you are this person's parent or legal guardian, then click Continue.

  6. Select 2025 Auburn Aquadawgs from the dropdown menu, click on 2025 Auburn Aquadawgs in blue font, select pay in full $0.00, then click Continue

  7. Verify all of the information for you and your child is correct, select a t-shirt size for your swimmer, click the agree box to the agreement and the waivers. PLEASE BE SURE TO READ THE SWIM TEAM SAFETY REQUIREMENT WAIVER IN ITS ENTIRETY.

  8. If you have another swimmer to register, you will need to register them separately. Click on the registration link and do the same thing for him/her as you did for the first child.

  9. Click Complete

  10. After you have completed registration, you may be asked to join “ACTIVE Advantage.” Select “NO THANKS” to avoid additional charges. It is NOT required for team registration.

  11. Your Auburn Aquadawgs Swim Team registration is complete. Please print the order for your records.

YOU WILL NEED TO REMEMBER YOUR USERNAME AND PASSWORD. YOU WILL USE THIS LOGIN FOR MEET REGISTRATION.

registering for swim meets

This info is for use during the swim season when needing to register for swim meets.

  1. A few days before a swim meet, you will receive an email reminder to register for the upcoming meet. You can click on the link in that email or go to https://swimportal.active.com?a=284353718 and follow the instructions below.

  2. Login if you are not automatically logged in on your device. Use the login info you entered to register your swimmer.

  3. If you are on a computer click "VIEW MEETS" and if you are on a mobile device go to the drop-down menu that says View Programs and then select View Meets

  4. From here you will see the latest meet that you will need to mark your swimmer as attending or not attending.

  5. You will then select which events your swimmer wishes to participate in.

  6. Click SAVE for each swimmer and that should be all that you need to do for the swim meet!

Coach Michaela will be taking individual and team pictures on Friday, June 6, 2025 at 7:30pm at the pool. Please have your swimmer’s order form and payment ready before photos start. You may find the order form and payment info HERE. You may also click on the photo below and print it.

Swimmers, please wear your team suit–girls: solid red one-piece suit, boys: black jammers.
